A static personal site — minimal data, by design.
sunilpandey.ai is a static personal brand site for Sunil Pandey, hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It has no user accounts, no login, no payment processing, and no forms that collect personal information directly. This policy explains the two ways personal data can reach this site — analytics and email — and the choices available to you.
What we collect1. Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
If you accept analytics cookies via the cookie banner, this site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google LLC, to understand aggregate traffic and readership — which pages are read, how visitors arrived, and general device/browser/location information derived from your IP address. GA4 does not load, and no analytics cookies are set, until you actively accept them. Data processed by GA4 may be transferred to and stored on Google's servers outside your country, including in the United States, under Google's own safeguards. 2. Email & LinkedIn
The "Connect" and "Email" links on this site open a mailto: link in your own email client. Any
message you send goes directly to connect@sunilpandey.ai — this
website itself does not receive, store, or process that message. The LinkedIn link takes you to LinkedIn's
own site, governed by LinkedIn's privacy policy, not this one.

You can accept or decline analytics cookies at any time using Cookie Settings in the footer of every page. Declining (or never accepting) means GA4 never loads and no analytics cookies are set for your visit. You can also block cookies entirely in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Your rightsDepending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR/UK GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data associated with you, or to object to its processing. Because this site does not maintain a database of visitor identities, most requests in practice concern analytics data held by Google or a message you emailed directly. What this site does not do- No sale or sharing of personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
